We are always looking for committed forwarding merchant for export/import

Your areas of responsibility are primarily in the automotive and export sectors

Independent processing of export orders in the automotive sector
Organization and coordination of transports for LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load)
Monitoring and control of shipping documentation and compliance with export regulations and guidelines
Billing and cost control in connection with export transport
Communication with freight forwarders, carriers and customers to ensure that transport runs smoothly
Processing customs documents and complying with customs regulations for exports
Managing export documentation and maintaining proper archives
Resolve problems and escalate difficulties in transportation or customs matters
Support in optimizing export processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
Reporting export activities and results to the appropriate stakeholders within the company

Completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification in the field of forwarding and logistics.
Sound knowledge and experience in the area of sea freight export, especially with regard to customs clearance processes.
Proficiency in spoken and written English to ensure communication with international business partners.
Confident use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferably experience in using freight forwarding software, particularly Cargo Online (FIDUZ) or similar software.
You should have analytical skills and the ability to understand and manage complex processes.
Have organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
Reliability, accuracy, and commitment to meeting quality standards and deadlines in the export sector.
